Jade Health & Wellness, LLC, is owned and operated by a dual board-certified family and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who has nursing experience in the areas of primary care, women's and men's health, mental health, neuroscience, surgical trauma, and aesthetics.

Our provider had the vision to offer flexible, convenient visits via video conferencing and on weekends for patients to have access to the care they need in their hectic daily lives. Nobody has time to wait hours in an office to receive proper care. At Jade Health & Wellness, more than one service can be provided at each visit in order to avoid the hassle of making multiple appointments at various offices.
